Tanager Place is proud to offer a new level of care that brings resources for families together.

Pediatric Integrated Health (PIH) is a program that provides extra support for families by adding to Medicaid benefits. PIH provides each family with a professional Care Team, encouraging the full potential of every child and helping parents unlock resources.

Free of charge, PIH will:
  • Help parents find a doctor, dentist, or counselor
  • Assist in managing medications and prescriptions
  • Provide advocacy and 24/7 support
  • Offer education and wellness support
  • Serve as a resource for mental, behavioral, and physical challenges
  • Answer questions and look for new services

 

Who is Eligible?
  • This program serves children Medicaid eligible who have a psychiatric diagnosis
  • Services are provided at no cost to the family
  • For families who are already receiving services from Tanager Place, those relationships will not change

 

How do I receive PIH Services?
  • Eligible children are automatically qualified for PIH services
  • Please contact us to be connected to a Tanager Place Care Team.  Our team will help you understand the services and work to identify the most beneficial support for your family
