Tanager Place remains focused on the health, wellness and safety of staff and those we serve.
Tanager Place is following guidelines from trusted sources, including the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Linn County Public Health (LCPH). We’re taking comprehensive measures to ensure our services remain safe and provide the best possible care for your child.
Here are additional details about changes we have implemented:
If you have a fever, cough, or recently traveled, call us and let us know! We want to make sure you and all of our clients are safe.
Upon calling or scheduling an appointment with us, you will be asked if you, your child, or anyone in your household has traveled internationally within the last 14 days, or has had contact with a known, lab-confirmed case of Coronavirus. If this is the case, our staff will advise next steps and help coordinate your care.
Limiting the number of visitors
We are trying our best to limit the number of people in our offices, so we ask you please limit the number of family members present. If possible, leave family members and friends at home. We may ask non-essential accompanying people to stay in designated waiting areas.
How we’re serving you
We are asking all people entering the building to identify that they have not had a fever, coughing or difficulty breathing. Everyone will wash or sanitize before entering the service area. Designated waiting areas limit contact to family members only.
We have always been dedicated to sanitizing every surface and room but, in light of the recent outbreak, we are cleaning all surfaces with approved cleaning products with increased frequency, and eliminating the availability of paper products, such as magazines.
We also are offering a variety of service delivery methods. Please speak with your direct service provider regarding services that range from in the home, in the office, at a designated location such as a school, via teletherapy, via phone or suspending services until the release of health protocols.
If you are unsure the status of your program, do not hesitate to reach out to ask. All program specific closures are posted on our website.
Tanager Place is working hard to maintain a clean environment to support your wellness, health and safety. We will be providing more updates as information becomes available. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office.
On behalf of our team, it is a privilege to serve you every day, and thank you for your continued trust and support.
