Activity Description:
Step into the ancient story of the earth—through the eyes of a stone. Inspired by the children’s book A Stone is a Story, this free family event invites children and their families to imagine a stone’s journey and bring it to life through music, storytelling, and watercolor art.
Together, participants will explore themes of time, transformation, and the power of stillness in a playful, creative way.
At this workshop, your child will:
Create music inspired by the natural world
Share imaginative stories and monologues
Paint watercolor art to tell their stone’s story
