Support for Organziation Systems
The tools and resources will be helpful in addressing everyday situations that arise as well as encouraging reflection on larger scale needs. The toolkit will contain a variety of resource materials including but not limited to:
- Educational information that provides an understanding of the experience and impacts of stress, adversity, and trauma in organizational systems and workplaces. Specifically, the interaction between these environments and mental wellbeing and how the impact one another, how to build capacity for supporting mental wellbeing in the organization/workplace, and key factors of culture that support mental wellbeing.
- Tools and templates for organizations/workplaces to being utilizing immediately specifically in the areas of individual supervision/coaching, structured conversations to discuss mental wellbeing, creating wellbeing goals and action plans, and self-assessments of mental wellbeing in the organization/workplace.
