Join us for Tanager’s Resilience and Wellbeing Summit, hosted by the Meraki Institute of Learning. This inspiring event launches our 2026 Mental Health Awareness Month campaign theme, Together We Rise, and brings together community members, professionals, and advocates for a meaningful day centered on resilience, connection, and mental wellbeing.

Participants will hear from engaging speakers—including keynote Wes Woodson, a nationally recognized mental health speaker who shares a powerful message of self-belief and resilience, and Tonya Hotchkin, LMFT, RPT, a Tanager leader and creator of the RISE: Wellness and Resilience Framework, who will explore themes from her newly released book launching May 1.

Morning Keynote Experience
Join us for the morning keynote and panel experience featuring Wes Woodson, followed by a community conversation on resilience and mental wellbeing, or stay for the full-day experience to engage more deeply through interactive sessions.
Full Day Summit Experience
In addition to the morning keynote, this option includes restorative yoga, expressive arts, and a guided nature walk, bringing the RISE framework to life, offering space to reflect, reconnect, and care for your own wellbeing. Together, we’ll close the day grounded in the spirit of Sawubona—“I see you. You matter.”—as we explore how compassion and connection help us all rise.
