Parenting is hard. But knowing when to ask for help can be even harder.

The Behavioral Health Clinic offers:
- Psychological Testing
- Individual and Family Counseling
- Medication Management
Consider professional help from the Tanager Place Behavioral Health Clinic if your child shows one or more of these behaviors:
Parents want to do anything they can to help their child—but no one can do everything on their own.
Tanager’s Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) assist parents when a child or teen’s behaviors are serious enough to call for immediate professional intervention.
BHIS works closely with you in your home or in your child’s school to assess your needs and create a customized treatment plan. We help more than 400 families each year learn to manage difficult behaviors and emotions by teaching the life skills they need to become successful adults.
Eligibility: Medicaid-eligible children ages 4-20 years can receive BHIS services. Children living with a relative or in a foster home are also eligible for this program.
When you feel overwhelmed with a child who needs extra care, get help from the Pediatric Integrated Health (PIH) program at Tanager Place.
Medicaid-eligible children with a psychiatric diagnosis and their families receive coordinated services from our professional care team. We help every child achieve their full potential while unlocking valuable resources for parents.
