Everyone has a story—filled with challenges, growth, and strength. During Mental Health Month, we honor those stories by sharing messages of hope and encouragement. Our Affirmation Cards are a simple but powerful way to remind yourself and others that you are not alone, and that your voice matters.


How to Print & Prepare Your Cards:

  1. Download the PDF and open it on your computer.

  2. Use standard 8.5″x11″ paper—cardstock works best for durability.

  3. Print at full size (100% scale or “actual size”).

  4. Cut out each card using scissors or a paper trimmer.

  5. One card is left blank—use it to write your own affirmation or personal message.


Ideas for Using Your Cards:

  • Share with a friend, coworker, or family member who could use a boost.

  • Place one on your mirror, desk, or fridge as a daily reminder.

  • Use them in team meetings or classrooms as a thoughtful opening activity.

  • Start a family or group affirmation jar and pick one each day.

  • Tuck a card into a lunchbox, book, or care package to show you care.

  • Write your own affirmations on the blank card to reflect your unique story.
